Terms of service

Last updated · October 2026

These terms govern use of ronda.one and the Ronda service ("Ronda", "we", "us"), operated by Ronda Ltd, London SW13. By using the site or the service you agree to them. If you are using Ronda on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to agree on its behalf, and "you" means that organisation.

01

What Ronda is, and is not

Ronda is software that helps UK employers find, organise and act on information about their own people, policies and processes. It uses AI to generate answers, drafts and suggested next steps from the material you connect or upload.

Ronda is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Its output is information and guidance to support your own decisions, not a substitute for advice from a qualified solicitor or adviser on your specific circumstances. Where a matter carries legal risk, Ronda is designed to say so and point you to a specialist; whether to take that advice is your decision.

02

Accounts

You need an account to use the service. Keep your login details confidential and tell us promptly at hello@ronda.one if you believe your account has been accessed without permission. You are responsible for activity under your account and for the people in your organisation you give access to.

03

Your content

You keep ownership of everything you put into Ronda: documents, policies, data from connected systems, questions and conversations ("your content"). You give us permission to process it only as needed to provide the service to you and as described in our privacy policy and, for business customers, the Data Processing Agreement.

You are responsible for having the right to share your content with us, including any personal data about your employees, and for the accuracy of what you provide. We do not use your content to train AI models available to others.

04

Using Ronda

Use Ronda lawfully and for your own organisation's HR and people purposes. Do not use it to break the law, to harm or discriminate against anyone, to upload material you have no right to share, to try to access other customers' data, to reverse engineer or copy the service, or to resell it.

We may suspend or restrict access where we reasonably believe these terms are being broken, or to protect the service or other customers, and we will tell you why where we can.

05

AI output

Ronda's answers are generated by AI from the material you provide and from general sources. They can be wrong, incomplete or out of date, and they do not take account of facts you have not given. Always check important output before relying on it, and treat it as a starting point rather than a final answer. You are responsible for decisions you take and documents you send.

06

Fees

Access is arranged directly with us. Any fees, term and renewal are set out in your order or written agreement with us, which takes precedence over these terms where they differ. Prices exclude VAT unless stated otherwise.

07

Availability and changes

We aim to keep Ronda available and working well, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We may change, add or remove features over time. If a change materially reduces what you have paid for, we will tell you in advance.

08

Our rights

Ronda, its software, design, name and content (other than your content) belong to us or our licensors. These terms do not give you any rights in them beyond use of the service.

09

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Beyond that, we are not liable for loss of profit, business, data or goodwill, or for any indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability to you in any twelve-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period, or £100 if you paid none. We are not liable for decisions you make, or actions you take, based on Ronda's output.

10

Ending

You can stop using Ronda at any time. Either of us can end an agreement for a serious breach that is not put right within 30 days of being told about it. When an account closes we delete your content within 30 days unless we must keep it by law, and you can ask for a copy before then.

11

General

These terms, with the privacy policy and any written agreement between us, are the whole agreement. If any part is found unenforceable the rest still applies. We may update these terms; the date at the top shows when, and we will tell account holders about significant changes. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
